Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex and business-critical hiring assignments across the enterprise
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executives, providing labor-market intelligence and staffing risk assessments
• Own and enforce requirement-quality standards, guiding leaders toward competitive staffing expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years of experience, or Master's degree with 8-10 years
• Expertise in filling complex, cleared, technical, or leadership-level roles
• Proven ability to influence executives and senior stakeholders
• Mastery of sourcing methodologies, including boolean design and market mapping
