Job Summary
Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Principal Recruiter will manage complex, senior-level searches and partner with senior leaders to develop effective hiring strategies while working remotely with quarterly in-person sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for senior-level searches
- Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
- Drive data integrity and use analytics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes for teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth environment
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
- Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to closing
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management with strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
