Job Summary

Owning the full recruitment lifecycle for complex, senior-level searches, the full-time remote Principal Recruiter will partner with senior leaders to build candidate pipelines and drive process improvements within the Core Recruiting team.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for senior-level positions
  • Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
  • Utilize data analytics to improve hiring efficiency and design scalable recruiting processes across global markets
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology or high-growth environment
  • Proven success in closing senior and hard-to-attract candidates
  • Experience in building and scaling recruiting processes globally
  • Strong knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to closing
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management with strategic recommendations for stakeholders
