Job Summary
Owning the full recruitment lifecycle for complex, senior-level searches, the full-time Principal Recruiter will partner with senior leaders to build candidate pipelines and drive process improvements in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through closing for senior-level positions
- Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
- Utilize data analytics to inform hiring efficiency and improve outcomes for hiring teams
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology or high-growth environment
- Experience in building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
- Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to closing
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management with strategic insights for stakeholders
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight
