Job Summary

Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Principal Recruiter will manage complex, senior-level searches while partnering with senior leaders to build candidate pipelines and drive process improvements in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex searches
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
• Utilize data analytics to inform hiring efficiency and improve outcomes for hiring teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology or high-growth environment
• Experience in building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
• Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to closing
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with strategic recommendations for stakeholders
• Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight
