Job Summary

Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, the full-time remote Principal Recruiter will manage complex, senior-level searches, build candidate pipelines, and partner with senior leaders to enhance recruiting processes and outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches
  • Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity
  • Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth environment
  • Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
  • Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to closing
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management with strategic recommendations for stakeholders
  • Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight
