Job Summary
Seeking a Principal Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts in a remote, full-time capacity, this role focuses on sourcing exceptional talent, partnering with hiring leaders, and building scalable recruiting systems to enhance the hiring process at Bizee.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing to interviews, offers, and closing across various roles and levels
- Build pipelines of passive candidates through direct sourcing, market mapping, and relationship building
- Design and implement structured interview processes to consistently identify exceptional talent and improve hiring decisions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior and specialized roles
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates without relying on inbound applications
- Experience advising executives and senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor
- Strong knowledge of structured interviewing and evidence-based hiring practices
- Demonstrated experience in building or improving recruiting processes and systems
