Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter, GTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex and critical GTM roles, including senior and leadership hires
- Build high-quality talent pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies and effective funnel management
- Partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies and manage a full requisition load across various roles
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on GTM hiring
- Proven success in building GTM teams for VP/Director/AE-level roles
- Strong track record of sourcing and engaging passive talent for hard-to-fill positions
- Experience managing recruitment metrics and proficiency in ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities
