Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter, GTM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex and critical GTM roles, including senior and leadership hires
  • Build high-quality talent pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies and effective funnel management
  • Partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies and manage a full requisition load across various roles


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on GTM hiring
  • Proven success in building GTM teams for VP/Director/AE-level roles
  • Strong track record of sourcing and engaging passive talent for hard-to-fill positions
  • Experience managing recruitment metrics and proficiency in ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities
