Principal Red Team Operator

Job Summary

Leading red team engagements, the full-time Principal Red Team Operator will manage teams of consultants, build client relationships, scope security solutions, and serve as a subject matter expert in offensive cybersecurity while working onsite in the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and delivery of multiple red team engagements, ensuring high-quality results from junior team members
• Scope and solution red team engagements tailored to client security needs
• Conduct research and development to enhance red team tools and methodologies

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in offensive cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in red teaming
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex cybersecurity assessments
• Deep understanding of red team operations and thought leadership in a relevant specialization
• Experience in building and customizing scripts, tools, and processes for red team capabilities
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate relationships with clients and team members
