Principal Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Relationship Manager (Remote-Eligible).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client management efforts for top technology partner relationships to support mobile, digital, and integrated payments strategy
• Negotiate contracts and advise network participants on operational initiatives and new product opportunities
• Analyze market trends and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance client engagement and competitive performance

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 6 years of experience in payment industry sales, business development, or relationship management
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance (preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce (preferred)
