Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Relationship Manager (Operating Room Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advocate for OR clinical staff and maintain strong relationships with end users and vendors
• Act as the single point of contact for OR escalations, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to quality standards
• Supervise Senior Relationship Managers, providing coaching and performance feedback to ensure high-quality engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required with equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in managing relationships between clinical teams and IT
• Technical awareness related to operating room support
• Proven leadership skills in overseeing teams and projects
