Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Reliability Engineer responsible for the reliability and operational control of enterprise platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the reliability control plane, including standards and architecture for monitoring and incident management
• Lead design decisions to improve system resilience, fault tolerance, and recoverability
• Drive adoption of best practices for operational readiness and promote continuous reliability improvement

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive experience designing and operating reliable, observable systems at scale
• Proven success in leading observability and incident management platforms
• Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting concepts
• Deep expertise in reliability engineering and distributed systems
