Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Renewal Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quarterly and annual renewal portfolio for assigned Enterprise customers
- Act as the subject matter expert for all renewals-related activities and coordinate with internal teams
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and managing renewal contracts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of renewals sales experience with a software company
- Strong selling and negotiation experience
- Solid foundational knowledge of IT/software
- 4-year degree in Business or equivalent experience
