Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Renewal Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quarterly and annual renewal portfolio for assigned Enterprise customers
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all renewals-related activities and coordinate with internal teams
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and managing renewal contracts
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum seven years of renewals sales experience with a software company
  • Strong selling and negotiation experience
  • Solid foundational knowledge of IT/software
  • 4-year degree in Business or equivalent experience
