Job Summary
Leading high-value renewal relationships, the full-time remote Principal Renewal Account Manager will manage enterprise accounts ranging from $250K to $2M+, drive strategic renewal conversations, and support team development through coaching and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic renewal conversations for high-value customer accounts, negotiating commercial terms and closing contracts with senior stakeholders
- Build clear business cases focusing on revenue, cost, and risk to help customers make informed decisions
- Act as an escalation point for the team, coaching colleagues and enhancing renewal management processes across the business
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or commercial customer success with a proven track record of negotiating complex contracts
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in value-based conversations at the CXO level
- Experience managing deals in the $500K-$2M+ ARR range with multiple decision-makers
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing pipelines and supporting accurate forecasting
- A strong interest in process improvement and creating efficient, repeatable workflows
