Job Summary
Leading high-value renewal relationships, the full-time remote Principal Renewal Account Manager will manage enterprise accounts worth $250K-$2M+, drive strategic renewal conversations, and coach team members while negotiating complex contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic renewal conversations with senior stakeholders to finalize commercial terms and close contracts
- Build practical business cases focusing on revenue, cost, and risk to aid customer decision-making
- Shape negotiation strategies to protect value while enhancing customer relationships
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or commercial customer success with a proven track record in negotiating complex contracts
- Exceptional negotiation skills, particularly in value-based conversations at the CXO level
- Experience managing deals in the $500K-$2M+ ARR range with multiple decision-makers
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing pipelines and tracking renewals
- Interest in improving processes and creating efficient workflows for team performance
