Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Rentals Partnerships & Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing software integration partners and provide updates on the Rentals business
• Identify and evaluate potential software integrations and partnerships that align with business objectives
• Represent the company at industry events and provide ongoing training to internal teams on integrations and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field within real estate or technology
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• High-level understanding of APIs and technical integrations
