Principal Research Associate - Community Engaged Research

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Research Associate-Community Engaged Research - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of community-engaged research studies focused on intervention research addressing social determinants of health and chronic conditions
• Serve as subject-matter expert in community-engaged and health equity research, providing oversight and technical assistance
• Identify collaboration opportunities, contribute to publications, and monitor project costs and deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• PhD with 5 years post-doc experience or master's degree with 8 years post-graduate experience
• Experience in managing project plans and teams, training researchers, and conducting intervention research
• In-depth scientific knowledge of public health programs, intervention research, and health equity
• Experience in health equity and community-engaged research
