Principal Research Scientist
Job Summary
As a full-time Principal Research Scientist, the successful candidate will lead the architectural design and deployment of advanced algorithms for budget control and bidding optimization, while integrating AI-driven practices to enhance research-to-production workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of large-scale algorithms for budget pacing and bid optimization
- Architect agentic AI workflows to accelerate research-to-production iteration and enhance team engineering standards
- Provide technical strategy and long-term vision for the DSP optimization ecosystem in collaboration with business and engineering leadership
Required qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 8+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale optimization or machine learning models in production
- Strong background in probability, convex/stochastic optimization, and control theory
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, SQL, or Spark
- Hands-on experience with AI pair-programming and developer automation tools
