Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in consumer insights and market research, preferably in technical or digital products
• Experience with survey programming software (e.g., Decipher, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
• Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools
• Proven experience collaborating with product and engineering teams on research initiatives
• Ability to write test plans and discussion guides for research
