Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the REL Southwest leadership team to design and carry out project scopes
• Managing teams, monitoring timelines, and supporting problem-solving
• Leading proposal efforts, overseeing project planning, and disseminating findings

Required Qualifications:

• PhD or Master's Degree in sociology, psychology, economics, education, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years managing research or 11 years of related experience
• National reputation for research and evaluation expertise
• Experience developing partnerships and winning competitive contracts or grants
• Experience overseeing federal contracts
