Key Responsibilities

• Leads project execution and business development for CMS and CMMI-related work
• Directs the planning, design, and implementation of large complex projects
• Serves as an industry expert in alternative payment models and manages staff development

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Economics, Health Services Research, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 11+ years of experience
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Direct experience with CMMI alternative payment model contracts
• Proven track record of securing new business with CMS or other HHS agencies
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare payment policy and related datasets
