Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the long-term vision for predictive and prescriptive workforce intelligence through new ML strategies
• Define complex business challenges and develop novel methodological approaches for research
• Lead the development of machine learning models and impact attribution studies for workforce programs

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics
• 10+ years of experience in data science or applied research with a focus on AI/ML projects
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with experience in ML frameworks
• Experience in architecting secure data infrastructures and implementing MLOps
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence organizational strategy using data-driven insights
