Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Researcher, Patient Reported Outcomes Measure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, testing, implementation, and analysis of patient surveys to collect data on health status and care experiences
• Develop and adapt patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) for specific clinical conditions
• Oversee data collection and statistical analysis of patient-reported data to identify trends and insights

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related behavioral science discipline with at least seven years of relevant experience
• Advanced degrees in related fields (e.g., health policy, statistics, economics) with appropriate experience will also be considered
• Extensive experience applying psychometric methods to develop and evaluate PROMs and PREMs
• Proficiency in statistical software packages for analyzing patient-reported data
• Experience in organizing and managing data collection and analysis processes
