Job Summary

As a senior operational leader in the Sales Operations team, the full-time remote Principal Revenue Operations will manage pipeline health, oversee the outsourced SDR program, and coordinate the GTM calendar to ensure effective execution of the go-to-market strategy across marketing, sales, and delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the MQL to opportunity handoff process, ensuring leads are promptly followed up and no lead goes unactioned
  • Coordinate GTM enablement across marketing, offering management, and delivery to provide the field with necessary tools and content
  • Manage the outsourced SDR program, setting performance expectations and ensuring alignment with pipeline targets and GTM priorities
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a senior GTM operational role in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning pipeline health and marketing-to-sales alignment at a senior level
  • Experience managing an outsourced or in-house SDR/BDR program
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
