Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the full-time remote Principal Revenue Operations will manage the operational backbone of the go-to-market organization, driving efficiency, pipeline integrity, and strategic alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CRO, shaping go-to-market strategy and facilitating alignment among GTM leaders
- Own the strategy and optimization of the revenue tech stack, ensuring effective use of CRM and reporting tools
- Lead forecasting, reporting, and revenue analytics to support planning and performance across the revenue organization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields, with senior leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience managing CRM and revenue systems
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and key SaaS metrics
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a cross-functional organization
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and experience in executive-level reporting
