Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal of Revenue Operations & Strategy (Post-Sales).
Key Responsibilities
- Own post-sales analytics and maintain reporting infrastructure for churn, retention, and service adoption
- Design implementation tracking and handoff frameworks to improve visibility and efficiency between teams
- Develop a GMV growth framework through segmentation and cohort analysis to inform go-to-market decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a Finance & Strategy role in a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled services company
- Proficient in HubSpot with experience building post-sales infrastructure and CRM integrations
- Experience in designing implementation tracking and handoff processes
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, capable of translating data into strategic recommendations
- A builder's mindset with a focus on documentation and scalable systems
