Principal RF & Radar Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal RF & Radar Systems Engineer to lead the design and execution of radar sensing platforms and wireless communication sub-systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end development of radar sensing architectures and designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate radio platforms into the ecosystem
• Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Ph.D. preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in RF hardware design, focusing on wireless communication and sensor technology
• Strong knowledge of RF/mmWave hardware design and radar principles
• Expert proficiency in simulation and design tools such as Cadence Allegro and Ansys HFSS
• Hands-on experience with testing equipment for RF characterization at mmWave frequencies
