Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Operations and Risk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of the Product Risk Management function by partnering with Product Managers to assess and mitigate product risks
• Drive business strategy through data analysis to track product performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead product processes, including development, user research, and launch, while ensuring compliance with risk management standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in risk management for B2B and B2C products within financial services, payments, or technology sectors
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, including legal, engineering, and product management
• Experience leading diverse teams in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and frameworks, including market, credit, operational, and compliance risk
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL
