Principal Rust Engineer

Job Summary

As a Principal Rust Engineer, the remote position will focus on developing and maintaining core infrastructure for an AI platform, leveraging expert-level Rust programming skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing production support to ensure platform stability.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop foundational components for the Agentic AI platform
• Collaborate with teams to create platform solutions that empower innovative application development
• Provide production support and troubleshooting expertise to maintain smooth platform operation

Required qualifications:

• US Citizenship or Greencard is required due to US Government contract requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of software and platform engineering experience, particularly with large-scale distributed systems
• Expertise in Rust for designing and developing high-performance systems
• Experience in database architecture and scalable data systems
