Principal SaaS Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal SaaS Operations Engineer specializing in Azure/AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation frameworks to enhance reliability and efficiency across SaaS environments
• Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to optimize cloud resource utilization and implement cost-saving measures
• Provide application support for mission-critical applications and troubleshoot system issues

Required Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise application support in a cloud environment
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux
• At least 8 years of experience managing and supporting cloud solutions (preferably Azure/AWS)
• Experience with deploying monitoring tools in cloud environments
• Programming and scripting experience in languages such as Python or PowerShell
