Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr./Principal Safety Specialist, Quality and Training Specialist (QTS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support management with the maintenance and review of quality documents and ensure team training on client SOPs
  • Design and implement training programs, conduct onboarding sessions, and monitor employee performance for compliance with quality standards
  • Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and audit support activities, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in pharmacovigilance (PV)
  • 5+ years in a quality role within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, with experience in audits and regulatory inspections
  • Strong knowledge of worldwide GPV regulations and quality management systems
  • Experience in managing and implementing risk-based global PV and QA audit programs
