Job Summary
Engaging directly with C-suite executives, the full-time remote Principal Sales Engineer will own the technical and strategic dimensions of complex enterprise opportunities, partnering with Account Executives to shape deal strategies and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-value enterprise opportunities, collaborating closely with Account Executives on deal strategy
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and manage multi-phase proof-of-concept engagements to achieve technical wins
- Mentor and coach Sales Engineers, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team and processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of customer-facing experience in a presales or solutions consulting role within an enterprise SaaS environment
- Proven ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex buying committees
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies and experience in sales or marketing technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency with AI tools and comfort with hybrid work environments
