Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Sales Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the intake and evaluation process for new Sales Program candidates and prioritize recommendations for senior leadership
  • Develop problem statements and opportunity analyses for specific stages in the customer journey
  • Manage the full Sales Program launch lifecycle and coordinate teams to ensure successful execution
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting and enterprise B2B software GTM
  • Former experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB, Big Four strategy, or equivalent) preferred
  • Direct experience in GTM strategy, sales programs, or revenue operations within an enterprise software company
  • Fluency in financial metrics relevant to enterprise software
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and influence without authority
