Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal, Sales Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the intake and evaluation process for new Sales Program candidates and prioritize recommendations for senior leadership
- Develop problem statements and opportunity analyses for specific stages in the customer journey
- Manage the full Sales Program launch lifecycle and coordinate teams to ensure successful execution
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting and enterprise B2B software GTM
- Former experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB, Big Four strategy, or equivalent) preferred
- Direct experience in GTM strategy, sales programs, or revenue operations within an enterprise software company
- Fluency in financial metrics relevant to enterprise software
- Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and influence without authority
