Principal Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Salesforce Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce Platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and technical strategies
- Coach and mentor other engineers while promoting established engineering best practices across teams
- Collaborate across teams to define product/platform technology strategy and ensure adherence to Salesforce technology standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering with expertise in Financial Services, Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and various integration technologies including REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with CI/CD DevOps tools and Agile scrum execution frameworks
