Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Salesforce Engineer to architect and implement Salesforce solutions across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Salesforce software solutions, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members while ensuring solutions meet quality standards
• Grow the Salesforce Center of Excellence by identifying opportunities for reuse and participating in change management practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of enterprise-scale solutions
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Aura framework
• Proficient in Apex and Flows, with experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience implementing embedded AI capabilities within the Salesforce platform
