Principal Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the architecture and long-term evolution of the Revenue Technology platform, the full-time Principal Salesforce Engineer will define and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalability and operational simplicity
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and programmatic development, leading complex system redesigns
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technical implementations that align with business objectives and maintain data integrity

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience implementing and scaling Salesforce environments in complex organizations
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations/APIs
• Proven track record of designing scalable, multi-system architectures and leading end-to-end system ownership
• Deep understanding of the quote to cash process, including complex pricing models
• Experience championing the integration of AI capabilities into solutions for enhanced automation
