Principal SAP Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal SAP Consultant responsible for overseeing all phases of tax technology implementations into SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of projects, including client requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and support
• Provide oversight and guidance to less experienced consultants while coordinating project tasks
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and assist with business development efforts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Vertex Tax/Technology Implementations and Project Management
• Six years of in-depth tax application experience with systems such as SAP (ECC, S4/Hana, ERP)
• Strong knowledge of Vertex Software and tools
• Experience working with public accounting firms or Fortune 1000 companies in transaction tax
