Principal Scrum Master
Job Summary
Leading agile delivery at an enterprise level, the full-time remote Principal Scrum Master will manage multiple teams to develop and implement agile solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage agile solution development and delivery, promoting a structured, iterative approach for rapid value delivery
- Guide Scrum teams in following Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate key scrum ceremonies
- Identify and address systemic impediments to team agility, collaborating with Product and Technical teams for process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, project management, and analytics engineering solutions
- At least three years of experience as a practicing agile Scrum Master
- A minimum of five years of experience in solution delivery leadership, particularly in information management and data engineering
- Experience with Azure DevOps is strongly preferred
