Principal Security Advisor

Job Summary

Serving as a senior customer-facing security authority, the full-time Principal Security Advisor will manage complex technical sales engagements and strategic customer interactions remotely, articulating the security architecture and advantages of the Vultr platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security discussions with customers, highlighting the design and security advantages of the Vultr platform
• Support RFP and security due diligence responses, demonstrating the technical superiority of the Vultr platform
• Provide deep technical validation for enterprise customers, ensuring security architecture requirements are met during procurement phases

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in cloud security or technical security advisory roles within technology providers
• Extensive customer-facing experience in technical sales engagements within cloud infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of cloud compute infrastructure and high-performance computing environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical security concepts to both technical and executive audiences
