Principal Security Architect

Job Summary

Leading cross-company security architecture initiatives, the full-time Principal Security Architect will define enterprise agent security standards and governance frameworks while collaborating with various teams to ensure effective implementation and oversight of security measures in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the cross-company reference architecture for governed agent actions, including policies and runtime controls
• Translate Agent Policy Fabric concepts into executive-ready decision papers and engineering standards
• Partner with various organizational teams to establish ownership of control surfaces and facilitate agent workflow transitions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 15+ years in security architecture or related fields
• Proven leadership in cross-functional security initiatives across multiple domains
• Practical understanding of risks associated with agentic AI and governance frameworks
• Experience designing enterprise security controls and compliance evidence
• Strong communication skills for drafting architecture memos and decision records for diverse audiences
