Principal Security Engineer IAM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Security Engineer specializing in Identity & Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain identity strategy and architecture for workforce and customer-facing identity management
• Design secure authentication protocols and enhance phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication
• Collaborate with IAM team to automate identity lifecycle processes and integrate identity platforms with various applications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT/Security, with a minimum of 4 years in IAM architecture
• Hands-on experience with modern identity provider and privileged access management solutions
• Proficiency in directory services and scripting languages for automation
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols and data privacy regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
