Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Security Researcher to develop detection methodologies for tracking threat actor infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand network infrastructure fingerprint signature development to enhance detection capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve internet-wide scanning and develop new probes
• Utilize network intelligence to identify new threat campaigns and enhance defenses

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, cybersecurity, or anomaly detection
• Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of threat intelligence experience tracking threat actors and their infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of network protocols and internet scanning at scale
• Experience developing signatures in internet scanning service data to detect threat actor infrastructure
