Principal Service Delivery Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Principal Service Delivery Engineer will provide world-class delivery support to customers by coordinating network architecture initiatives, managing project requirements, and facilitating Major Incident Management events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning for network architecture initiatives in large-scale data center environments
• Facilitate the documentation of project requirements and manage comprehensive project plans and milestone trackers
• Serve as the primary coordination point during Major Incident Management events, ensuring rapid restoration of critical services

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in network architecture and data center operations
• Strong background in project management and documentation processes
• Experience with Major Incident Management and cross-functional resource mobilization
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Knowledge of change management processes and infrastructure transitions
