Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Service Designer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and champion a multi-year experience vision for the integrated financing customer journey
  • Execute experience strategy through collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver service improvements
  • Mentor other designers and product managers to enhance the quality and consistency of service design work
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in service design, design strategy, or related fields
  • Proven ability to influence product or business strategy with senior stakeholders
  • Strong service design craft, including experience with journey maps and service blueprints
  • Experience in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Mural
