Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion a multi-year experience vision for the integrated financing customer journey
- Execute experience strategy through collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver service improvements
- Mentor other designers and product managers to enhance the quality and consistency of service design work
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in service design, design strategy, or related fields
- Proven ability to influence product or business strategy with senior stakeholders
- Strong service design craft, including experience with journey maps and service blueprints
- Experience in complex, cross-functional environments
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Mural
