Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Service Engineer IS, Digital Experience, Virtual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and operate the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, transforming endpoint telemetry into actionable insights
  • Lead the full service lifecycle, including platform architecture, proactive alerting, and experience scoring
  • Utilize real-time endpoint data to identify root causes of issues, restore services, and implement durable automation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 8 or more years of related experience
  • Strong experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
  • Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
  • Proven ability to influence engineering teams and translate requirements into service architecture
