Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Service Engineer IS, Digital Experience, Virtual.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and operate the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, ensuring a reliable digital experience for caregivers
- Collaborate with various teams to design, scale, and run the DEX platform, transforming endpoint telemetry into actionable insights
- Lead technical standards, mentor engineers, and shape the DEX roadmap to enhance endpoint experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education and experience
- 8 or more years of related experience
- Strong experience in automation, n-tier solutions, and resilience modeling
- Experience influencing engineering teams and translating requirements into service architecture
- Proficiency in leveraging data and metrics for decision-making and advanced problem solving
