Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Service Engineer IS, Digital Experience, Virtual.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and operate the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, turning endpoint telemetry into actionable insights
- Lead the full service lifecycle, including platform architecture, proactive alerting, and cost optimization
- Utilize real-time data to identify root causes of issues and implement durable automation and monitoring solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8 or more years of related experience
- Strong experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
- Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
- Proven ability to influence engineering teams in translating requirements into service architecture
