Principal Service Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on the reliability and performance of cloud-based platforms, the full-time Principal Service Reliability Engineer will lead technical initiatives, design resilient systems, and implement best practices while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve build and deployment pipelines for secure, reliable production releases
• Lead the design and operation of pre-production and production cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and security
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor, influencing system design and prioritizing reliability initiatives across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Deep expertise in managing cloud-based infrastructure, preferably in Azure
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across multiple teams
