Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex ServiceNow implementations across various applications including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, and FSM
Serve as the technical authority for client engagements and architect solutions
Mentor junior consultants and build lasting client relationships through exceptional delivery

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience with strong development and configuration skills
Proven consulting background with direct client-facing experience
US Citizenship required (security clearance eligibility essential)
ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CAD, and CIS in Discovery, HAM, SAM, CSM, FSM, ITSM
