Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal ServiceNow Engineer to enhance their ServiceNow platform and service management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain ServiceNow code and architecture, ensuring overall code quality
Provide daily administrative support, including troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes
Develop and implement technical solutions and integrations within the ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development
5+ years of experience in IT Service Management process design
ITIL foundation certification or equivalent ITSM certification
ServiceNow System Admin Certification (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience with ServiceNow integration solutions and core ITSM modules
